- Opening and Introduction of the project teams and other participants (10 minutes Nadežda Hrapková, project coordinator with the partners)
- Information about the progress in the project and about realized activities (what special topics are the project participants working on –courses, online teaching, the research realized using the questionnaire; how many persons are involved), dissemination: 5 – 7 minutes each partner + other teams = 60 – 70 minutes;
- Information about the project preliminary report, which must be submitted in January 2021 (how to proceed, questions for its content) etc.) – 10 minutes;
- Project budget, finances for the first project year – 15 minutes, Hrapková
- Discussion, questions, website – 20 minutes.
